When All State began airing their “New Car Replacement” commercial here in California, I called to ask about the offer, they told me that it wasn’t currently being offered to California drivers!?
Doesn’t that constitute bait-and-switch on their part?

It doesn’t matter, auto insurance covers injuries CAUSED by accidents. if it isn’t CAUSED by the accident IT ISN’T COVERAGE, period. That’s what health insurance is for.

DJD (degenerative …
DJD (degenerative joint disease) or DDD ( degenerative disc disease) is generally a progressive disease. Meaning that it occurs over time generally starting in individuals of 30 plus years. However it’s a known fact medically fact trauma ie accelerates the disease process. The us making it worse. I think you miss the point. the motor vehicle collision is the mechanism of injury and not the etiological manifestation of DDD. Watch the video a little closer next time.

the insurance board where I live is lobbying for rates to be hiked 40%, and for the speed limits to be lowered significantly all across the province. I hate these ers

I was ed off …
I was ed off and argue with em they said,” well if your car was stolen in 3 more yrs it would of cover it all up but it was stolen with 1 yr so thats why I only got 12 grand & 17 dollars to my sterio”. I argue and said,” How the thiefs gonna know I only had 1 yr, there not gonna care there just gonna steal it when the oppertunity comes”. I told em,” why did you guys never told me first time, plus you people told me it would cover it all up,” Oh… well somtimes our workers forget, sorry”.

I had Progressive …
I had Progressive Insurence 5 yrs back. Brand new Pontiac and installed Sound System worth 4 grand. They said if it gets stolen it would cover the entire cost of my car and sound system. 1 yr later car gets stolen, they accused me of fraud yet no proof that i did it… they investaged, took 8 months when i got the check I & only recieve 12 grand (my car/sound in total worth 45grand!), they said my insurence only covers how much my car is now worth from the day it was stolen…

There was little …
There was little damage my car. I was treated for whip lash and finally found out I had three bulging disc in my cervical they paid for. I have a $50,000 uninsured motorist rider on my policy. I at this point was offered $1000 for three discs snapped. Now Travelers are saying they are not paying for degenerative disease. I was never treated for this disease nor knew I had it till this auto whiplash happened. Attorneys will not help not enough money and they don’t want to be tied up for yrs

Wow good for that …
Wow good for that girl for fighting, I am going through the same thing with an insurance company. I am basically in the same boat as her only they haven’t offered me 1cent and it’s been 3 1/2 years. I have herniated discs in both neck and back along with nerve damage (numbness and pain) it’s horrible what these insurance companies do. The government needs to step up to the plate here. Thanks for the videos!

we just canceled our insurance with all state,and thank god we did.They you over,and raise your premiums,even if u were not at fault.We canceled 1 day after this report aired.

Its clearly …
Its clearly apparents what their motive it. Its NOT, your dying brother in the hospital and needing the coverage of insurance btu they delay and make it difficult, or your deceases mother whos life insurance is being kept by the company, etc.
It goes alot further than small traffic accidents.
They should be exposed and laws passed to prevent their damages.
