Its clearly …
Its clearly apparents what their motive it. Its NOT, your dying brother in the hospital and needing the coverage of insurance btu they delay and make it difficult, or your deceases mother whos life insurance is being kept by the company, etc.

It goes alot further than small traffic accidents.

They should be exposed and laws passed to prevent their damages.

There was little damage my car. I was treated for whip lash and finally found out I had three bulging disc in my cervical they paid for. I have a $50,000 uninsured motorist rider on my policy. I at this point was offered $1000 for three discs snapped. Now Travelers are saying they are not paying for degenerative disease. I was never treated for this disease nor knew I had it till this auto whiplash happened. Attorneys will not help not enough money and they don’t want to be tied up for yrs

Wow good for that …
Wow good for that girl for fighting, I am going through the same thing with an insurance company. I am basically in the same boat as her only they haven’t offered me 1cent and it’s been 3 1/2 years. I have herniated discs in both neck and back along with nerve damage (numbness and pain) it’s horrible what these insurance companies do. The government needs to step up to the plate here. DJD (degenerative joint disease) or DDD ( degenerative disc disease) is generally a progressive disease. Meaning that it occurs over time generally starting in individuals of 30 plus years. However it’s a known fact medically fact trauma ie accelerates the disease process. The us making it worse. I think you miss the point. the motor vehicle collision is the mechanism of injury and not the etiological manifestation of DDD. Watch the video a little closer next time.
