what insurance company handles United States Post Office automobile insurance claims?

I need to know what insurance company handles USPS insurance claims in San Pablo, CA.

The government is self insured.

    USPS is "self insured". That means, they don’t buy insurance. They have a "risk manager" who handles any claims that come in.

    Additionally, they’re subject to ‘governmental immunity’ laws.

    Bottom line – you can contact the local post office, ask them for the regional risk manager office, and talk to them. There is no insurance company. AND, you have to file the claim under your own policy first.
