    people that are …
people that are paying for their healthcare should have a sayso in the process. The corporations that make the most money off the obama care shouldnt have a bigger voice.

  2. chazdaspazman Says:

    her script came …
her script came right out of obamas underwear.

  3. CPRArtists Says:

    Rachel Maddow has …
Rachel Maddow has more class than all of you put together.

  4. csterlingb Says:

    This is just too …
This is just too ironic for words. Shes right about some wealthy guys/groups making a push in to the town hall debates, but as far as the corporate world goes shes so off. Big Health is behind ObamaCare, Big Pharma is too. They are lobbying FOR the bill so they can make more money. She seems to only see the side of the story she wants to see.The Dems has a filibuster proof majority, if they wanted this bill theyd have it.Dont blame it on the town hall people. Centrists are scared of this bill.

    We function because …
We function because our huge military (and nukes) allows us to keep (and expand) our humongous debt without being invaded.

  6. Chronosaur Says:

    Jeezus. How can …
Jeezus. How can America possibly function as a leading industrial nation with all these utter nutjobs? I mean how long can it SURVIVE this disconnection from reality? I’m utterly gobsmacked by this healthcare storm. All you need to do is look at europe for a second to see what utter garbage this Hitler/Socialism propoganda is, yet somehow the partisan media get away with pedaling this irresponsible rubbish. Unbelievable.

  7. Gormanmod Says:

    If maddow is so …
If maddow is so confident why can’t she take out the bill herself and point out where she’s right.

Because for what the government has released to us peons, she’s wrong.

  8. Gormanmod Says:

    Yea but Fox makes …
Yea but Fox makes it so obvious which side they support 90% of the time.

  9. jsrob Says:

    MSNBC IS the PR …
MSNBC IS the PR firm of Obama…

  10. qwertypipe Says:

    Have you ever …
Have you ever watched a commercial and thought, “who would watch this stupid commercial and then want to buy this stuff?”

That’s how I feel when I watch Maddow. I’m actually concerned that some sheep-brained shell of a human out there isn’t just watching this for the sheer stupidity, but actually believing that this is intelligent news.

Some of her stories may be okay. I’m not saying she shouldn’t be on the air. But virtually all I’ve ever seen is totally biased crap, and not very intelligent.

    dsmann12,

    Yes, …
    dsmann12,

Yes, this is my point. As a journalist, should’nt she be a bit more objective in her reporting? Rachel is so one-sided and sarcastic. Fox, offers to the listener both sides, with differing interveiws and panels of discussion. There ratings are better for this reason. People are not stupid,no one wants to preached to. A robust debate is what this country is all about.

  12. 1ThatWants911truth Says:

    So when democrats …
So when democrats organize it’s ok…but if anyone else does it’s bad…..oh MSNBC……..

  13. mightyclong Says:

    I love how lib/ …
I love how lib/dem-centered/organized protests = ORGANIC/PATRIOTIC, but anything ociated w/a non-lib/dem cause/position = ASTROTURF/UNPATRIOTIC/EXTREMIST. Gee, I wonder y libs/dems never seem 2 have a prob w/”astroturf” when ACORN/Unions/MoveOn/KOS/et. al. r responsible 4 it. None of those organizations have been “grassroots” 4 quite some time. Bottom line = every protest has its “fundies”, & possibly plants, but u cant manufacture passion/zeal on a mass level – that’s real.

  14. mightyclong Says:

    Reform’s in …
Reform’s in EVERYONE’S best interest – even the “evil” corporations. The problem is what type of reform? Gov’t needs 2 reform ITSELF 2 a strict role of oversight & enforcement/prosecution of fraud/coercion/other infractions (perpetrated by BOTH insurers AND consumers). No solution will ever be perfect, but removing as much fraud as possible & keeping special interests out will behoove the industry to provide the best care/coverage possible @ the best rates, instead of cutting corners. Win/win.

  15. Tpaoldskool Says:

    Rachel Maddow …
Rachel Maddow sounds like one of those jealous that she doesn’t have a penis lesbians that has to tattle on the little str8 boy in school for picking his nose cause he looked more butch than her while doing it.

  16. Tpaoldskool Says:

    VERY VERY …
VERY VERY interesting that a man who rose to the presidency through “Community Organizing” is now having a problem with people who “organize their communities”.

  17. mightyclong Says:

    It’s true/ …
It’s true/disgusting that some companies work this way, but these examples aren’t a case for gov’t intrusion in the market. The gov’t should REF ONLY, NOT PLAY! Do u honestly think this won’t happen with a gov’t-run option? PUHLEEZE – it’ll be worse. On top of stuff like this, care will be @ the mercy of bureaucratic whim (ie, who’s worthy) & its red tape-laden time frame. If govt did its job right, the practices described would be punished & reputable firms would fill the void.

  18. TunaHelper64 Says:

    haha these fools …
haha these fools still dont get it even when the facts are put right in their faces.

  19. gotribe78 Says:

    This is not about …
This is not about living wills!!!

It is about every senior (65+) has to go in front of a panel and explore end-of-life options (counseling) – this is found in section 1233 of the proposed legislation.

“One of the most shocking things is page 425, where the Congress would make it mandatory absolutely that every five years people in Medicare have a required counseling session,” she said. “They will tell [them] how to end their life sooner.”

  20. michaelchapmanrn Says:

    Republicans hate …
Republicans hate the facts. They love lies and distortions of the truth to keep corporate america in charge of our lives. When will the idiots who follow these liars wake up and check the facts before making decisions.

  21. girlswhoareboys Says:

    I like how this …
I like how this radical left wing propaganda channel tries to spin the news. The problem for MSLSD is that when they attack the american people their ratings will continue to plummet. Anyone check the ratings lately? This channel really is a joke. As i watch this I imagine all the drones thinking “wow, Rachel Maddow is sooooo smart!” LOL, LOL!

  22. dsmann12 Says:

    If you are against …
If you are against reform, then watch this interview with a former prominent employee at Cigna:
digg com / d3×6Uz. People pay there claims, yet their insurance co. will still find ways to deny them. It’s life or death for these people.

  23. dsmann12 Says:

    I don’t care what …
I don’t care what Pelosi says. She’s an idiot. These people have every right to protest, but so many of them are using bullshit talking pts that it’s ruining their own cause.

  24. dsmann12 Says:

    She’s a journalist. …
She’s a journalist. She gathers information and then reports it. She uses the information to state her point of view, defend it, and attack the opposite. The opposite point of view can defend itself with facts, yet so many against reform use talking points that have no factual basis. Is O’Reilly an expert? Is Hannity? Are they not working for ratings?

  25. Standup091 Says:

    dsmann12′

    Thats …
    dsmann12′

Thats my point! She is not an expert on anything. Just a windbag . Who is she to decide on anything. Just trying to get better ratings.
